Opposition politics in the name of Satyagraha

The budget session of the Parliament is very important for the country, in the budget session of the Parliament, the circle is full of bills and important circle work, which is important to strengthen the economic system of the country. It is not right for that session to suffer a deadlock. That too for the reason that following a legal process, an MP from the opposition was freed from his membership. In this, the constitutional process has been followed smoothly.There is a lack of issues with the opposition. Membership of former Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi has been done under Section 8 of the Representation of the People Act, 1956 and Article 101 of the Constitution.It says that the member of parliament who is sentenced for more than 2 years does not have the right to stay in the house.  The Supreme Court has also mentioned this in one of its judgments. For this reason, not allowing the Parliament to function in the name of Satyagraha is an insult to democracy and parliamentary traditions, which is not appropriate. - @KumarHarsh_

Uniform Civil Code Need Of Hour or The Matter Of Poltics.

All Indian Muslim Personal Law Board is saying that Uniform Civil Code is against Muslims. This is a very unfortunate statement, it is not for any particular religion. Christians, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains are also minorities in India but they have no problem with it.

But the minority who is in the overwhelming majority, that is, Muslims, why are they the only problem. We need to understand this. It is very unfortunate that when all of us today talk about following the paths of Babasaheb Ambedkar,Then we do not think that what were the views of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar ji on Uniform Civil Code. Today only Babasaheb is used by politicians for politics. He said in the Constituent Assembly "In a modern democracy, inequality, discrimination cannot be removed without reducing the right of religious sphere. It should be the responsibility of the country to adopt Uniform Civil Code." But today we do selective support of Babasaheb. The one who suits our politics is right, the one who doesn't suit is wrong. Those who make such statements should be ashamed.Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind passed a resolution saying that they will oppose the Uniform Civil Code. Today I would like to ask him whether he does not believe in Babasaheb Ambedkar ji and the constitution composed by him. In the Constituent Assembly he said.Today Hon'ble Home Minister Shri @AmitShah ji is supporting Uniform Civil Code and also that BJP led Hon'ble Narendra Modi Govt will bring law. This is a true tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar.Owaisi and other such leaders who do politics by taking the name of Babasaheb Ambedkar oppose the Uniform Civil Code supported by Babasaheb. This is their duplicity.

Violation of media freedom by Congress ruled states.

The way the first journalist Aman Chopra comes to be arrested by the police on the orders of the Government of Rajasthan without informing the UP Police.  Similarly, today again Chhattisgarh Police has reached to arrest journalist Rohit Ranjan without informing UP Police.  Such incidents raise questions on the freedom of the media.  This dictatorial government uses all gimmicks to please its masters, which is very sad for a healthy democracy.  It works to spoil Indian democratic values. It is said that democracy is destroyed when power dominates over truth.  Today again Congress ruled states have proved that truth doesn't matter to them, their bosses matter to them. Today those so called journalists who do not see the freedom of media in India,today they will say something against the CM of CG.Does Zee News anchor @irohitr need to be arrested even after apologizing for his mistake? Is the action of CG Police justified as per law? In this regard, whether the law was followed by the police of Chhattisgarh, whether information was given to the local police.  Isn't this a violation of the Supreme Court order?  What notice was given?  The police will have to answer all these questions. The intellectuals who cry for freedom of media said today.  Will you condemn the attack on the fourth pillar of democracy today?  I request @ghaziabadpolice to take strong action.

रंगों के त्योहार होली के शुभ अवसर पर मैं देशवासियों को हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।देशभर में पारंपरिक हर्षोल्लास एवं उत्साह के साथ मनाया जाने वाला होली का त्योहार परिवार एवं मित्रों के साथ मिलने और जीवन की स्फूर्त एवं आनंदमयी उत्सव की भावना का आनंद लेने का अवसर है।होली के इस पावन अवसर पर, आइए हम अपने समाज को एक सूत्र में पिरोकर रखने वाली मित्रता और मेल-जोल के बंधन को मजबूत करने का प्रयास करें। ये पर्व किसी धर्म के लिए नही ये मानवता को समर्पित है। ये अधर्म पर धर्म की विजय का त्योहार है। ये पर्व समाजिक सौहार्द बनाने का पर्व है।

सिंघेश्वर और महाशिवरात्रि।

आज हम सभी महाशिवरात्रि का पावन त्योहार मनाएंगे।

मेरा शोभाग्य है कि में बाबा सिंघेश्वर नाथ के पावन धरती पर जन्म लिया। में आपको सिंघेश्वर के इतिहास के विषय मे जानकारी देना चाहता हूं।

कोशी के मध्य क्षेत्र में विराजित बाबा सिंघेश्वर नाथ शिवलिंग की प्राचीनता का काल निर्धारण अभी तक सुनिश्चित नही हो पाया है।

प्रशिद्ध लेखक श्री हरिशंकर श्रीवास्तव "शलभ" द्वारा रचित पुस्तक "शैव अवधारणा" और "सिंघेश्वर स्थान" विद्वानों की शवेशना कि मंजिल की और अग्रसर होने की दिशा में मिल का पत्थर सिद्ध होगा।

मंदिर का संचालन करने वाला स्वामित्व न्यास श्री सिंघेश्वर मंदिर न्यास समिति है, उसने वर्ष 1999ई० में एक स्मारिका जारी की थी। उसमें ये उल्लेख किया गया है।

"प्राचीन देवस्थलों की व्यवस्था का एक सा ही इतिहास रहा है। उनके प्रारंभिक काल मे उसकी देखरेख, व्यवस्था एव पूजा पाठ वहां के स्थानीय मूल निवासी ही करते रहे है। पर उन देवस्थलों की सिद्धि और ख्याति को सुनकर बाद में वहां पुजारी, पंडित और पंडा समाज पहुँच जाते है और धीरे धीरे वहां की व्यवस्था पर अपनी चतुराई से हावी होकर स्वयं पूजा पाठ के प्रभारी बन जाते है। सिंघेश्वर का शिवलिंग भी इसका अपवाद नही है। श्री सलभ ने अपनी उक्त पुस्तिका में लिखा है कि यहां के प्राचीन निवासी व्रात्य थे जो द्विजाति और उपनयन से च्युत थे। वे ब्राह्मणों के यज्ञ, पशु बलि और खर्चीले कर्मकांड के घोर विरोधी थे। वे शिवभक्त थे। 

शिव के पावन नगरी सिंघेश्वर की स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन में भी बड़ी भूमिका थी, जिसका उल्लेख श्री डॉ भूपेंद्र ना०यादव ने अपनी आलेख में किया। 

ये सभी बाते सिंघेश्वर के इतिहास के विषय मे थी। अब आपको हम महाशिवरात्रि के विषय मे बताऊंगा, शिवरात्रि से लगातार चार दिनों तक प्रातः आरती नही होती है। लेकिन दोपहर और रात्रि आरती जारी रहती है।

शिवरात्रि के दिन मंदिर में बहुत भीड़ रहती है ।

और मंदिर न्यास के आदेशानुसार दोपहर 3 बजे शिव जी का चांदी की प्रतिमा को बारात के लिए सजाकर मंदिर के गर्व गृह ले जाया जाता है। इसकी निगरानी न्यास करती है। उसके बाद गर्व गृह में पंडा समाज कई स्तुति, और अन्य स्त्रोत का उच्चारण किया जाता है। तत्पश्चात बाबा के प्रतिमा और शिवलिंग को गुलाल से भर दिया जाता है।

उसके बाद न्यास के पदाधिकारी द्वारा बारात रवाना किया जाता है। उसके बाद बाबा की बारात मंदिर परिसर से गौरीपुर (जहाँ मा पार्वती विराजमान है) वहा बारात जाती है।

वहां विधि विधान से पूजा के बाद बाबा की प्रतिमा वापस मंदिर आ जाती है। जिसे की मंदिर प्रांगण में स्थित मां पार्वती के मंदिर में रखा जाता है। उसके बाद बाबा की शिवलिंग का श्रृंगार और शादी की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाती है। और श्रृंगार के पश्च्यात दूल्हे वाली पगड़ी पहनाई जाती है। ये पूजा लगातार चार दिनों तक यानी चौटारी तक होती है। और इसके बाद आरती की जाती है। फिर माँ पार्वती मंदिर में बाबा और मैया की फेरे होते है। और अन्य विशेष पूजा होती है। उसी दिन से विश्व विख्यात सिंघेश्वर मेले का प्रारंभ होता है। जो लगभग 1 महीने तक चलता है।

महाशिवरात्रि के एक दिन बाद जलधरी होता है इस दिन सभी श्रद्धालु आधी रात से बाबा के पट खुलने बाद जल अर्पण करते है। ऐसे ही ये पावन पर्व समाप्त होता है।

बाबा सिंघेश्वर का तिलकोत्सव।

प्रत्येक वर्ष वसंत पंचमी अर्थात सरस्वती पूजन के दिन महादेव बाबा सिंघेश्वर नाथ जी का तिलक उत्सव होता है, और महाशिवरात्रि को उनकी विवाह माँ पार्वती से विधि अनुसार किया जाता है। तिलक के दिन महादेव के शयन आरती में विशेष पूजा होती है। उस दिन बाबा को हल्दी से रंग किया हुआ वस्त्र बाबा को पहनाया जाता है, विशेष प्रकार के भोग बाबा को चढ़ाई जाती है। रंग , गुलाल से बाबा का स्नान कराया जाता है। और बाबा को तिलक लगाया जाता है। वसंत पंचमी से लेकर होली तक बाबा को विशेष रूप से गुलाल चढ़ाया जाता है। और शिवरात्रि को बाबा का विवाह (डोर) के माध्यम से मैया पार्वती से कराया जाता है। इस वर्ष मंदिर आम श्रद्धालुओ के बंद किया गया है, लेकिन बाबा के तिलक उत्सव का कार्यक्रम का सीधा प्रसारण मेरे फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर किया जाएगा।
